A guest can't join the room

Ask them to use Chrome, Brave, or Edge on a desktop or laptop. Safari, Firefox, and mobile phones are not supported.

Make sure they're using the exact link you shared. If the session is locked, you'll need to unlock it from inside the room before they can join.
