Technical requirements

Browser

SureTake records right in the browser, so everyone, host and guests alike, needs a Chromium-based browser, such as Chrome, Brave, or Edge. Safari and Firefox are not supported.

Computer

You'll need a laptop or desktop computer. Phones and tablets are not supported.

Internet connection

You'll need a reliable internet connection. We recommend at least 10 Mbps upload and download, with 20+ ideal, especially when recording with guests.

A wired Ethernet connection is more reliable than Wi-Fi. If you do use Wi-Fi, make sure the signal is strong.
